Lord,

In the middle of navigating school bus schedules, assigning students to classes, settling in, and encountering new friendships, we ask for peace.


Help all staff and students to slow down, and find moments of calm. May they discover peace that steadies their hearts and minds when the day seems overwhelming.


Only you can offer true peace, help students to draw closer to you, and discover who you are.
Amen.

Thank you for committing to pray for Lake Superior High School “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” - Philippians 4:6 NIV Oh Lord, Today we are reminded of the doubts we face in our journeys. We pray for a reminder of Your faithfulness, for that is who You are. Help us to walk by faith and not by sight, knowing that Your presence is always enough. We lift up the hurting, the weak, the doubtful, the joyful, and the peaceful, holding it all out to You with palms wide open. For students, as the new school year begins, we bring before you the excitement, the nerves, And the unknowns. Thank you that you are close in every hallway, classroom, and conversation.
